THE RESTAURANT
In 2007, Bontá Italian Restaurant and Bar was opened amidst the bustling wine and dine belt of the famed Mohammed Sultan Road. Specialising in Northern Italian cuisine with an assortment of dishes from other parts of Italy, its modern representation of authentic Italian dishes has won over both locals and expatriates alike. Owned by award-winning Bergamo native, chef/partner Luca Pezzera and food enthusiast, Serena Lim, Bontá (which means “delicacy” in Italian) has deservedly sealed its reputation as a premier Italian restaurant in Singapore.

Rated 9 out of 10 by Tatler Singapore in 2009, Bontá recently unveiled a fresh new look and wonderful new additions to the menu to celebrate three successful years at UE Square.

The ambience in the newly renovated Bontá is relaxed, yet chic. Unwind in the bar for an aperitif, before choosing whether to dine inside, with its custom-made Italian ceiling lamps and luxuriously appointed earth-toned interior, or in the romantic candle-lit alfresco courtyard.

For those who prefer a little privacy, Bontá offers two private dining rooms, located on the mezzanine floor, away from the common dining area. Seating 16 and 18 people, these rooms are also equipped with in-build video and audio systems, making them ideal for corporate seminars and business meetings.

Dress Code: Smart Casual. No singlet, shorts and slippers are allowed. For men, only covered shoes allowed
