The chef is at hand to conjure up gourmet delights from fresh ingredients flown in twice weekly from Italy. “I love being a chef as it allows me to be creative – each dish is like a work of art, where textures and flavours of different ingredients are combined meticulously to achieve perfection,” says Chef Luca. And if you are a food connoisseur who knows exactly what you want, simply convey that request to Chef Luca, who will strive to cater to your epicurean needs. With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Luca is aptly skilled to satisfy the taste buds of even the most discerning of gourmands. Among his celebrity guests include Sylvester Stallone, Catherine Deneuve, as well as head of states such as President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and King Abdullah II Bin Hussein and his queen. At Bontá, guests may opt to dine indoors in its modern interiors, decked with a striking orange textured fabric panel and Italian custom-made ceiling lamps, or at its spacious and candle lit alfresco area. For those who prefer complete privacy, a private dining room, which seats up to 18 people, is available on the mezzanine floor (minimum spending is required, please enquire with restaurant).
