        Italian Recipes - Beef Carpaccio Recipe

"A SIMPLE APPETISER YOU CAN DO IT UNDER 10 TO15-MINUTES AT HOME!!
NUTRITIOUSLY HEALTHY AND YUMMY GOOD TOO!!




   INGREDIENTS:
Beef Tenderloin - 90 GR
Olive Oil Extra Verging - 0.5 CL
Porcini Oil - 0.5 CL
Parmesan Cheese Shaved - 90 GR
Baby Rocket - 20 GR
Balsamic Dressing - 2 CL

Preparation Time : 7 - 8 mins


   STEPS:
(1) Slice thinly the beef tenderloin and arrange it on a round plate.
(2) Season the beef with salt/pepper and some olive oil.
(3) In a separate plate, toss the rocket with the balsamic dressing.
(4) Drizzle some Truffle oil on the beef.
(5) Arrange the tossed rocket on the beef.
(6) Finally arrange the shaved parmesan cheese on the rocket.

   Beef Carpaccio
   SPECIAL NOTES AND TIPS:
** For beef lovers, do invest in a good chef's knife for meat at home. Esp for the thin slices on veggies cause it does not taste so great with thicker cut.

** Wash salad veggie in ice water, drip excess water and wrap in paper towels in container to be put in the fridge until use. The freshness of crisp and crunch of it, definitely is worth taking some extra work in handling the leafy veggies."
