Northern Italy is famed for its cuisine, using fresh, seasonal ingredients in simple and honest ways to bring out their natural flavours.

Chef Luca Pezzera, a native of Bergamo in North Italy, knew from the age of 14 that his destiny was in the culinary industry. “My neighbour made pizza and invited us over for dinner. When I first touched dough, I knew instantly that I wanted to become a chef”.

After graduating from the prestigious San Pellegrino School of Hoteliers, he embarked on a culinary adventure that has seen him cook for royalty, media stars, business mavericks and gourmands in top establishments in Italy, Switzerland, Scotland, Istanbul, Jordan, Dubai, Jakarta, and now Singapore.

Winning many awards and extensive press coverage along the way, Chef Luca hasn’t let it go to his head and is still focused on the food, and the perfect dining experience for his guests. “I love being a chef as it allows me to be creative – each dish is like a work of art, where textures and flavours of different ingredients are combined meticulously to achieve perfection”.
