Our Professional Service
|
|
|
|
Bonta's key customer service personnels, from the waiting staffs to the
restaurant manager especially, are all skillfully well-trained in the Food &
Beverage trade, and in the fine-dining arena no less. Most of them having
worked many years in the fine-dining restaurants, are deftly well adjusted
to this high-paced industry where customer service is certainly a highly
demanding job indeed.
As it must be with the F & B motto of "Service-with-a-smile",
we at Bonta do so with due diligence. And to keep in tandem with same,
we do our utmost with the service standard that's demanded of a fine-dining
restaurant by recruiting the best, always.

Bonta ambiente
|
|
|
You can distinctly see Bonta from the main roads with its candle lights
flickering amidst the foliage in the alfresco dining area. The alfresco area
is very much romanticized by the rustic beaded lanterns and candle lights so
that alfresco dining is a chill-out cosy experience too.
Step into Bonta and your attention is immediately drawn to the cascading
cluster of cream hanging lamps casting a warm glow over the elevated bar area. These specially Italian custom-made fabric lamps certainly soften the contemporary decor of the restaurant. While in the main dining space, elegant furnishings and clean lines offset another dramatic focal point - a panel of orange textured fabric wall feature which one cannot miss, takes centrestage.
Situated on the mezzanine floor of the restaurant is the private dining room
with painted hues of lavender-grey is chic elegance with the black fabric
crystal chandliers and a simple purple/silver wall decor. Adjoining this
private room, the wine cellar takes pride in its collection of more than
200 wine labels from mostly Italy and that of New/Old World too.
